By accessing or using our services, including our website, mobile applications, and any related content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with these TOS, please do not use our Services.
Unspoken provides interpreting services to facilitate communication between clients and interpreters. Our interpreters are independent contractors who have agreed to provide their services through our platform.
By using our Services, including the registration process, you consent to receive text messages from Unspoken at the email address provided during registration or at admin@unspokenasl.com. These messages may include appointment reminders, updates, and other information related to your interactions with us.
If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, you can opt out at any time by contacting us at admin@unspokenasl.com. Please note that opting out may limit our ability to provide you with certain information and updates.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these TOS.
We reserve the right to update or modify these TOS at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated TOS.

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Unspoken regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
You agree to indemnify and hold Unspoken, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, any content you submit, or any violation of these TOS.
If any provision of these TOS is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these TOS will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Unspoken. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Sections 3 (User Responsibilities), 6 (Disclaimers), 7 (Termination), 8 (Changes to TOS), 12 (Indemnification), 13 (Intellectual Property), and 16 (Third-Party Links) shall survive the termination of these TOS.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, without notice or liability.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these TOS if such failure or delay is beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, power outages, and governmental actions.
By using our Services, you waive any claims and release Unspoken from any liability for damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from your use of interpreting services.
These TOS are provided in English, and any translation of these TOS into other languages is for reference purposes only. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Unspoken reserves all rights not expressly granted in these TOS. Nothing in these TOS grants you ownership of Unspoken's intellectual property or the right to use Unspoken's name, trademarks, or logos without our prior written consent.
Unspoken reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our Services, including features, content, or availability, at our discretion and without notice.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these TOS shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, California.
